I am a body-oriented psychotherapist, dancer, educator, and consultant in private practice in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. I integrate my love of movement with an evidence-based, collaborative, embodied-relational approach in my work with clients to support their growth, healing, and ability to live authentically in the world.
I serve as a consultant to other professionals, institutions, schools, businesses, and a wide variety of groups who seek to benefit from my expertise and experience.
I provide support for individuals seeking therapy for a wide variety of concerns including but not limited to:

I received my BA in Dance from UCLA, and my MA in Clinical Counseling from John Carroll University. I am an independently licensed clinical counselor in the State of Ohio.
I am a faculty member at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, where I have co-chaired the Gestalt Training Program. I have also been a core faculty member in the Working with Physical Process advanced training program. In my free time I enjoy dancing, yoga, reading, gardening, being in nature, and spending time with my loved ones and our dog Aggie.
